> Atelier by Ellington Business Bay (also "Atelier by Ellington", "The Atelier", "Ellington Business Bay"): a G+62 commercial office tower by Ellington Properties in Business Bay, Dubai, approximately one minute from Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay Metro Station. Expected to launch at the end of October or beginning of November 2026 (final date TBC).
