Atelier by Ellington Business Bay is a new G+62 commercial office tower by Ellington Properties in Dubai. It offers full floors, half floors and individual offices, with 4 to 5 dedicated amenity floors, 24 passenger lifts and an automated parking system.

Atelier is in Business Bay, Dubai, about one minute from Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay Metro Station, with Downtown Dubai and DIFC a few minutes' drive away.

Ellington is expected to launch Atelier around the end of October or the beginning of November 2026. The final launch date is to be confirmed.

Indicative pricing is AED 4,500 to 5,000 per sq. ft. Final pricing will be confirmed by Ellington at launch.

Market listings show an expected 70/30 plan: 10% on booking, 60% during construction and 30% on handover. The official payment plan will be confirmed at launch.
